To Bro.David's dear wife and family,

My wife and I were some of David's cable service customers and we were greatly blessed to meet and fellowship with him on the numerous occasions he came to our home to work on our service. I actually found myself wishing the cable would go on the blink so we would get to see him again! We had several "mini-revivals" right here in our driveway! It was sad to hear of his passing this morning in Sunday School (we were late getting the news) but we will remember him and his awesome and joyful testimony for His Lord and we can all take great hope and peace in knowing that there is a resurrection and reunion day soon to come. He is blessed in the presence of the Lord and in that is great comfort for those of us still here. God Bless you and comfort you in the days to come.

In Christ's Love and Care,
Greg and Vicki Perry - Pickens,SC

Nancy, Norma, and other family members: My sister shared the news of David's passing and I wanted to send my condolences. I remember David from going to church with him at Bethany Church of God and also from being in school with him. He always had a smile and a friendly manner, but he also used to talk about the Lord with reverence. My heart goes out to you, and even after all these years, I remember the Anderson family fondly. I plan to see all of you again, if not in this life, in the one to come. God go with you all.

Sandy and Ron,
David's friendliness and love for God was one of the things that first attracted me to New Image. There I found out that there were many crazy people just like me! He was an awesome example of a worshipper and his love and enthusiasm were contagious. Y'all may have left New Image but you never left our hearts. I love you and am praying for you.

Dearest Sandy,

Hearing of David’s recent passing, Stacy and I wish to convey our sincerest condolences to you and your family.

As neighbors for ten years, you and David were absolutely the best!

We fondly remember how David gave Briana and Leanne crane rides in his bucket truck, sharing Thanksgiving dinner, attending Shawn and Adam’s reception dinner and warm welcomed guests in your beautiful home.

My fondest memory is the time David and I painted two rooms for an elderly woman in Greenville as part of your church’s community outreach program.

Using a paintbrush, David “cut-it-in” as he said and I rolled. We spent the afternoon in fellowship talking about God and all His goodness.

David is one of the most kindhearted, jovial and well respected Christian men that I ever met and will be greatly missed.

Nancy, Norma and the rest of the family,
My heart was saddened to hear of David's passing but I know he is rejoicing today with his Dad in the presence of his Lord and Savior whom He loved so much and we need to find comfort in that. May God give you strength and comfort that can only come from him now and in the days ahead and may the many memories you have bring you comfort. I'm honored to say David was a classmate (PHS '71) of mine and I treasure all the memories of our years together and I treasure your friendship too. We'll see him again.
Love and prayers to you all.

I would like to offer my condolences on the passing of David. He will surely be missed in the Liberty area, for he was one of the nicest and friendliest man anyone could ask for to do business with. I became friends with him when he used to bring his truck into Clardys' garage for repair. He was always jovial and easy to befriend. I admired his cristian faith and the fact that he was not ashamed to glorify his name. May God be with his family in their time of bereavement.zf6n3
