Easley – Anne C. Roe, 98, widow of Pete Roe, passed from this life on Monday, November 28, 2016.



Mrs. Roe was born in Anderson a daughter of the late B.F. and Josie Clark Childress. She was a homemaker and a member of Easley First Baptist Church where she was active in the W.M.U. and the Philathea Sunday School Class. Mrs. Roe was formerly employed at Cato.



Survivors include her sister, Miriam Stone of Easley, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Roe was preceded in death by her daughter, Beverly Harrison and her son Fulton Roe, brothers, Burts, Jim, Skimp, Pat, and Bill and sisters, Lib and Fefa.



The family will receive friends Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens from 12:30 to 1:45 PM with funeral services following at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel with Doctor John Adams officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens.
